Bonus Wagering Requirements

Fair Play Obligation

1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bagevip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the bagevip website, mobile-optimised site, associated services, games, promotions, and any other features made available through the platform.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on bagevip, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 1.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, or factors outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such downtime.
1.2 Governing Language
All communications between bagevip and its players — including support correspondence, promotional notifications, account alerts, and these Terms — are conducted in English. Players in Bangladesh should ensure they are comfortable reading and understanding English before registering.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use the real-money features of bagevip, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and maintain an account on bagevip only if you meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bagevip is strictly an adults-only platform. Gambling by persons under 18 is prohibited.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user.

2.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bagevip. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses voided, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be forfeited at the discretion of bagevip.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
bagevip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry best practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any time:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held pending or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension. All KYC documents are handled securely and used solely for identity verification purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bagevip will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@bagevip so that your account can be secured.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
bagevip supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms.
3.1 Supported Payment Methods

All payment methods used on your bagevip account must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — whether deposits or withdrawals made to or from a payment method not registered to the account holder — are strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.
3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on bagevip is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, higher deposits may trigger additional KYC verification requirements. Players may also set personal deposit limits from within their account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour review period.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to bagevip are processed in the order they are received, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval
- Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the account wherever possible. bagevip reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
3.4 Errors and Disputed Transactions
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your bagevip account, you must notify us immediately. Any funds credited to your account as a result of a technical error do not belong to you and must not be wagered or withdrawn. bagevip reserves the right to reverse any erroneous transaction at any time without prior notice.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
bagevip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion details, all bonus funds credited to your bagevip account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement within the stated validity period; any unmet bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
4.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses on bagevip are available to verified players in good standing. bagevip reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have requested self-exclusion or who are under an active account restriction are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.
4.3 Abuse of Promotions
Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus voided and associated winnings forfeited, and may face permanent account closure.
4.4 Free Spins & Free Bets
Free spins and free bet credits issued by bagevip have a fixed monetary value per spin or per bet as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings generated from free spins or free bets are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5. Game Rules & Fair Play
bagevip offers a library of games sourced exclusively from reputable, audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games on bagevip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to independent testing and certification by the studios that supply them.
5.1 Game Outcomes
The outcome of every game on bagevip is determined by certified RNG algorithms or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of cards dealt or wheels spun by a live dealer in a regulated studio environment. bagevip does not interfere with, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studios and are available on request.
5.2 Disconnections During Play
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, bagevip will attempt to complete the round according to the game engine's last known state. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our end, any wager placed for that round will be returned to your account balance. Disconnections caused by your own internet connection or device are not the responsibility of bagevip.
5.3 Prohibited Gaming Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited on bagevip and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or platform feature
- Collusion with other players in poker, Teen Patti, or any other multiplayer game
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game for financial gain
- Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts
- Any form of chip dumping in live dealer games
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on bagevip, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process
- Impersonating any other person or entity
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime

- Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code via the platform
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bagevip staff or other players
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from bagevip without prior written permission
bagevip reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Players engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts closed, balances frozen, and any outstanding withdrawals suspended pending investigation.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bagevip account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bagevip. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be held open pending resolution of that investigation even after a closure request is submitted.
7.2 Closure by bagevip
bagevip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Evidence of underage gambling
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, block all real-money access to the account across all devices. 8. Limitation of Liability
bagevip provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagevip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
bagevip shall not be liable to any player for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform
- Losses resulting from system outages, maintenance periods, or third-party service failures
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
- Losses arising from the player's own breach of these Terms
In no event shall the total liability of bagevip to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bagevip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
8.1 Intellectual Property
All content on bagevip — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, promotional materials, website design, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bagevip or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
